How can I stay updated?
There are 3 main ways to stay updated! Filling out our membership form here will add you to our email list where you will receive our newsletter every Monday with an overview of what's happening in the club. We also update our GroupMe frequently, which you can join here. Feel free to also follow us on Instagram @gnv4allchapter!

What are the requirements for being a member?
There are NO dues or requirements for joining! We welcome all majors and year levels!
In order to be considered an active member, we encourage attending at least 2 GBMs and participating in 3 service opportunities.
What type of events and opportunities do you have?
We offer 3 general types of events and opportunities: monthly GBMs, GNV4ALL Inc. events, and our Team events! Our monthly GBMs typically feature guest speakers from an area in the community to speak in-depth about their work and issues impacting Gainesville. GNV4ALL Inc. events are those where we support our parent non-profit, which consist of meetings and volunteering. Team-specific events can be short-term events or longer term projects.
We also love to promote external opportunities hosted by other student orgs and partner with non-profits doing work in the community. Please reach out to us if you are interested in partnering!

When are meetings and events?
We host our GBMs once a month each semester. Other events and opportunities occur throughout the semester and are announced at GBMs and on our weekly newsletter.

Do I have to be on a team?
Everyone is welcome to go to events hosted by any team!

Can I get community service hours?
Yes! It is definitely possible to get community service hours through our events and partnerships. Just make sure to check in with the specific requirements for community service hours to confirm eligibility.

How can I become an officer?
Officer positions for the following fall semester will open midway through the spring semester and positions are announced before the end of the current semester. Officer positions are decided by the executive board through an application process.
